Manufactured in an integrated steel plant, they employ a calibrated quenching process to ensure a precise, concentric structural layer, maximizing resistance to seismic loads and heavy stresses.

Calibrated Microstructure
Unlike ordinary TMT, our precision-cooling process creates a dual-layer structure: a tough outer Martensite rim for yield strength, and a flexible Ferrite-Pearlite core for high plastic deformation. This eliminates localized weak points, preventing sudden structural snapping under dynamic loads.

By optimizing the load-bearing capacity of every column and beam, our high-grade bars enable a 15% saving in total steel weight compared to standard TMT, lowering overall project costs.
