We operate two fully integrated manufacturing units across Maharashtra. Our billets undergo high-tech structural refining and THERMEX® quenching to ensure uniform yield strength and chemical composition. Our steel doesn't just meet standards; it sets new ones.

Sponge Iron Plant

An in-house Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) facility converting iron ore into high-quality sponge iron — the primary raw material for steelmaking.

Captive Power Plant

A dedicated, self-contained power facility ensuring an uninterrupted, stable electricity supply for the heavy energy demands of TMT production.

Steel Melting Shop (SMS)

Sponge iron and other elements are melted in electric furnaces and refined into high-grade steel billets on-site.

Rolling Mill

Heated billets pass through sequential rollers under advanced thermo-mechanical treatment, guaranteeing dimensional accuracy and superior rib patterning.
